CLA offers a competitive salary for all of its associates. CLA includes a generous benefit package with medical, dental and vision insurance for full-time employees. Employees are eligible for CLA’s 401K Profit Sharing Plan after a year of service and 1,000 hours worked. Associates also have access to personal life insurance as well as pet insurance. We offer paid holidays and personal/vacation days for eligible employees. CLA rewards its employees for profitable financial outcomes with a bonus program called CLA’s Dog Bowl.
