Customer Teams

We have a dedicated staff with offices strategically located near Petco and Petsmart corporate offices. This allows us to work very closely with these retailers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. We provide our manufacturers with detail forecasting to improve the flow of merchandise. Each dedicated team works very closely with our retail service team to ensure that your product is always in stock at retail.

Retail Sales Associates

Our retail staff is not your typical merchandising force. We believe that for a retail service team to be successful, it must first begin with employees and not independent contractors.  Our RSAs are focused on selling your products.  We are able to furnish you with in-store eyes and ears, producing much more than the shelf audits and reset work of a typical merchandising company.

The RSAs strive to build mutually beneficial relationships with store and field management, working to maintain quality communications with them and developing their respect and trust. Part of their duties are to educate store management and personnel about CLA manufacturers, products, issues and promotions.

The RSAs track results, achievements, competitors, customer satisfaction, and complaints, as well as provide feedback in a timely and confidential manner to each manufacturer.

Our employees are able to get up-to-date information on their laptops and handhelds via the internet and our secure VPN. Our manufacturers and retail partners are able to view information through our secure website.
