SUZAN DAMRON,
PRESIDENT

Currently serving at President and Chief Financial Officer, Suzan Damron joined H&C Animal Health and Chuck Latham Associates in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. Suzan leads all aspects of the Companies’ finance, operations, and technology areas. As a CPA, Suzan began her career in public accounting and has enjoyed over 25 years within the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors. She holds an M.B.A and a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Northern Illinois University, as well as earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
