Our retail team is not your typical merchandising force. We believe that for a retail service team to be successful, it must first begin with employees and not independent contractors. Our Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) are focused on selling your products. We are able to furnish you with in-store eyes and ears, producing much more than the shelf audits and reset work of a typical merchandising company.

The RSAs strive to build mutually beneficial relationships with store and field management, working to maintain quality communications with them and developing their respect and trust. Some of their duties are to educate store management and personnel about CLA manufacturers, products, issues and promotions.

The RSAs track results, achievements, competitors, customer satisfaction, and complaints, as well as provide feedback in a timely and confidential manner to each manufacturer.
