Rory Fitch,
Chief Operating Officer

Rory Fitch serves as Chief Operating Officer of H&C Animal Health and Chuck Latham Associates, where he leads enterprise operations, revenue strategy, and go-to-market execution across all channels. Rory oversees Operations, Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce, with responsibility for driving profitability, scaling infrastructure, and aligning commercial strategy with operational execution. Prior to joining H&C and CLA, Rory served in other executive level leadership roles where he led company-wide initiatives focused on lean operations, process optimization, and business integration, delivering significant cost savings while maintaining product quality and customer experience. Rory holds a BS in Business Management from University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a proud Marine Corps veteran.
